American-Made Eye Creams Are Best

Do you pay good money for skin care products? I certainly do, and I also have a career in skin care so I'm very well versed on the topic and know my way around the industry quite well. I recently made a big decision based on many factors that have surfaced recently. That decision is to only spend my hard-earned money on USA-made Eye Creams.

There are several reasons for this opinion, and I can back them up without foreign-made products even having a chance to fight back. They can pipe up and argue about how they have sanctions and governing bodies, but from someone who has lived in the USA and abroad, I can assure you that things are much, much different in the USA and expectations from any governing agency are much higher and the chances of any funny business (i.e. bribes and payoffs) are much lower. The USA has an interesting history with China and other countries, and let's just say things aren't always kosher between the two companies. I've seen instances where Chinese companies have acted very shady in delivering goods to the USA. One example is a shipment of skin care products that cleared customs in a box marked "electronics." You can't really get more underhanded than that, and avoiding paying customs duties and importation taxes is another deceitful tactic based on greed.

Here are a few of my reasons I like to buy USA-made skin care products such as eye creams.

-Employees at the manufacturing plant are all trained on GMPs, SOPs and all FDA rules and regulations. These same employees are also subject to random inspection from the United States Food and Drug Administration, the State Health Department and the Department of Agriculture. The plants also have public records you can check, which accurately show their histories with all governing bodies. Can you find that information from a company offshore?

-You can find out if it actually exists. Go to a program like Google Maps and look up the reported address. In most instances, you can even get photos of the building and other details. Can you find that information from your offshore supplier? Probably not.

-If there are any sanctions, they go on public record and are searchable.

-Would you rather buy a product made from a professional who was schooled at a major university in the USA, or someone you can't even inquire about?

-Machinery and all equipment is well-inspected frequently and is subject to upgrades and codes. Outside of the USA, it's simply not known how things operate or who is looking at them to ensure they are in proper sanitary shape.

For me, it's an easy decision. If you are looking at spending your hard-earned money on a health product, whether it be in skin care, a diet formula, a supplement, or other product, you must ask questions and do your due diligence. This is of extreme importance to me and I urge you to do the same when you shop.
