Always Tired - Here's Why

A low level of red blood cells may point to the fact that many millions of cells inside your body are not getting enough oxygen. As a consequence you will feel always tired more often.

Here is what you can do in case you're feeling always tired. Clean your body with a refreshing glass of lemonade. Take fresh fruits and vegetable in your everyday diet. They are the most natural reserve of necessary nutrients. Put a limit the consumption of all drinks containing alcohol to the minimum and avoid smoking altogether. Incorporate a stress free routine at home and at work. This way you'll ensure that you and your family lives longer and live better. Keeping up an exercise routine like running or swimming or going to a gym can be one of the best ways to keep your body in form. On top of that you won't feel always tired ever again.
