If you have put on weight around the tummy and hip area, work out. It’ll give you confidence and improve your gait. Put on some lip gloss and blush up your cheeks when you go out. When you look good, you’ll feel good too.

Go shopping! This is right up there with looking good. Take a look at your closet and toss out clothes which have been worn too many times to make an impression.
