All For Friendship

What anyone would do just to keep the friendship…
When food loses appeal for me to be eating;
when drinks cannot quench the thirsting;
when places let the mind continue remembering;
lips will say nothing.

When emotions kept inside are overflowing;
when the tortured heart goes on breaking;
and when weary eyes can't help crying;
lips will continue saying nothing.

When the soul just goes on existing;
when it doesn't have reason to go on living;
and when probably it's better off dying;
still lips will continue saying nothing.

For in silence depends everything,
the reason to be going or staying.
