Advice to Avoid Divorce

Four things to think about to improve your relationship with your spouse and avoid divorce.
The following are four proven ways you may want to take into account to prevent divorce, boost your relationship and rekindle the love.

- Avoid excess distance: The bigger the gap between your partner and yourself, the bigger the chance for divorce. Whatever you do, don't let the gap between the both of you to grow any bigger. Do your best to get together, and always be willing to communicate with your partner.

- Commitment: This must be adopted by both parts. However this does not imply that you aren't responsible for your spouse's commitment. Even if you show complete commitment and your partner does not, you can do something about it. This is because one can always inspire the other part to commit as well.

- Learn to be a good listener: Don't turn the deaf ear to your spouse. Consider everything that your spouse talks about in a serious manner. Be careful to understand the real reasons as to why they're unhappy. If you understand these reasons, you will have a clearer image of what's going on. By listening carefully you can find out the deep rooted reasons they want a divorce.

Participate in activities with one another. When you are reading a book or a magazine, read out loud and try to begin a conversation about it. Plan an adventurous trip somewhere new. Do new things together. It may seem a bit too obvious, but it's really important. It carries great weight when it comes to keeping the both of you together
