There were many other writers who continued to write after Ian Fleming passed away. Many actors who were exclusively selected for this role have portrayed this fictional character with great élan. James Bond has always been shown as a person with a slim build who has a vertical scar. This however, has been omitted from the film. This character is also famous for sipping vodka martinis; his famous dialogue being, ‘Shaken, not stirred’. This character sure has created a sensation. Timothy Dalton was considered for the role of James Bond many times before he actually portrayed the character. He is most remembered for his performances in ‘The Living Daylights’ and ‘License to Kill’.

Pierce Brosnan:
Pierce Brosnan has made a strong impact with his portrayal of the James Bond character. This Irish actor won the hearts of people with ‘Golden Eye’, ‘Tomorrow Never Dies’, ‘The World is Not Enough’ and ‘Die Another Day’.

Daniel Craig:
Daniel Craig is the 6th actor to portray the role of James Bond. He had his debut in the year 2006 with ‘Casino Royale’. He has currently finished shooting for the next Bond movie.
