The nail supplies required for the acrylic nails are easily available in the nail store. The list of these supplies is as follows;

- Nail oil to moisturize the nails
- Nail brush
- Liquid acrylic
- Adhesive
- Powder Acrylic
- Acrylic Clippers
- Acrylic tips
The acrylic nail tips start from the moment you start applying these artificial nails. Following is the procedure to apply the acrylic nails;
Procedure
Step 1
Clean and dry the nails and push back the cuticles. Remove any previous nail polish and remove the dead skin. A basic manicure is suggested in the first step.
Step 2
The next step is to trim the nails to the skin, so that if the acrylic nail chips off, it does not take half of your nail with it.
Step 3
The next thing to do is to apply a drop of glue on the acrylic tips and on the edge of the nail where the tip is to be glued. In case you apply the tips wrongly, quickly soak that finger in water and take off the tip.
Step 4
The length of the acrylic nails must be adjusted as per you desire. These acrylic nails can also be filed like our natural ones to give them the shape you want.
Step 5
Then pour the liquid acrylic in a dish and dip the nail brush in it. After this, dip the nail brush in the acrylic powder and apply this powder to the edge of the acrylic nail. Immediately spread the powder and liquid acrylic uniformly on the nail.
Acrylic Nail Tips - Care to be Taken
- When you apply the acrylic liquid and powder mixture, take care that it is not applied on the cuticles. This may cause fungus to grow in nail.
- After your nails are dried, you can give shape to your nails with the help of a nail filer.
- The shape given to the acrylic nails should be such that they must look natural. After giving shape, smoothen the tips of the nails.
- With the help of soap and water, clean the nails and remove the dust and filings from the nail.
- The next acrylic nail tip is to apply nail oil to the cuticles to moisturize them as they are exposed to chemicals. Moreover, the acrylic nails must be oiled once a day.
- Do not share the nail filers and nail cutters with others.
- Wear gloves when you are doing your daily chores. See to it that the nail tools must be sanitized.
- When you want to remove the acrylic nails, do not chip them off. This may cause a serious injury to your fingers. Soak the fingers in a nail soak that is available with the kit. Remember before soaking the fingers in the soak, coat your fingers with a hand lotion. Read the instructions about how to remove acrylic nails.
