Herbs: Other acne removal remedies that you can try include the use of aloe vera, green tea and green tea extract. However, they are likely to work in cases of mild acne. Aloe vera is best used in its natural form, and one must use the transparent fluid the inner leaf exudes whenever it is cut, for local application.
