Access Your Gmail Account Using Outlook

These days everyone is connected to the internet, we all have electronic mail in witch we all get our daily papers or whatever subscriptions we have. Usually, incoming mail is from people or companies that we know or work with and they all contain important information. What happens when we receive unwanted e-mails from people we don't know?

When you receive email from people with out your permission it could mean two things. Either somebody typed the wrong address or it's spam. Spam is unsolicited mail sent from different companies in order to advertise some of their products. Since we cleared this up, you should realize that it is alright to receive some spam once in a while, but when your e-mail starts filling with these unwanted messages, I'm am sure that you will loose your temper. The best course of action is to report the sender to the email host as a spammer and thus when future mails are sent to you, they will be automatically redirect to trash. So far so good, but this still doesn't put an end to your problems. There are still thousands of companies out there that send spam to mail servers in order to make their brand know. Applications for banking loans and health insurances are the most common titles when receiving unwanted mail.

The best way to prevent this from happening to you is to be very careful when providing someone with your e-mail address over the internet. If you happen to be recorder in a data bank, you will most likely receive unnecessary mails for the rest of your life. There is spam blocker software that can rid you of some of these problems, but that still doesn't guarantee that you'll be safe from these online commercials. So, do as everyone else does, when you receive a spam, report it in order to prevent any other incoming spam e-mail from the same IP and hope that it will be the last you hear of them.
