Throwing up may also, help in relieving the pain. So, consume drinks and food to induce vomiting. A cramp-like pain signifies a major problem in the abdomen and hence, medical treatment should be taken as soon as possible, in such cases. In order to reduce the pain or get relief from the pain, you can do some abdominal exercises at home.
