A War Within Ourselves
War between mankind will always bring suffering, and only through winning the war within ourselves can true peace be found.
War between ourselves,
Will always bring death;
And death among our brothers,
Will always bring pain;
During times of Peace,
We may catch a breath;
But the nature of man,
Means it must start again
Love between mankind,
Will always bring life;
And that precious life,
Will always bring men;
But the nature of man,
Will always bring strife;
And in these sad times,
Those men must fight again
In a world with such death;
In a world with such pain;
We must struggle together,
Until we find peace again…
