A Teen Age Tragedy

I’m so confused
I don’t even know who I am anymore
Some say I’m emo and
Others say I’m outgoing, a troublemaker
Or just a violent kid.
I try to say I’m just like everyone else
A happy, smart, pretty kid
But I’m not and they
Won’t accept that.
But then someone else says were all different
That that’s what makes our world
So it leaves me so fucking confused
And makes me go crazy and makes me throw things
And say things I don’t mean
And makes me think that
What if what everyone says is true?
What then?
Live my life being what everyone else wants me to be
And then get picked on and made fun of.
It’s all so confusing
So I decided not to think
Not to think, not to feel, hurt, cry or care
Cause it’ll make everything in life
So much easier
