Chapter 2

So, it just chanced that nearing the narrow entrance of my new class room, I shifted towards the left to give this hurrying guy some space. But seems like he had the same thing in mind he shifted himself towards his right to give me some space!

Result: We both collided and I fell head over heels on him. Now this was REALLY humiliating and I felt so disgraced falling was one thing, but falling over such a handsome boy seemed like I'd done it intentionally.....

Now if others thought so, then I'd detest it a lot, cuz I'm dead shy in nature (however imaginative about boys my thoughts might be). And I hated the idea of entering a new class where everyone had the impression that I was a 'boy-crazy' gal.
HUH.

So when we both got up, blushing, the look on my face was that of pure anger while that guy looked at me with elevated eyebrows and a look of utter surprise.

Why surprise? Well maybe because he was confused by suddenly seeing a new girl at his school....

Highly embarrassed, I looked around. Luckily, the time was before the assembly bell and everyone was either busy in chatting with their friends or doing their last-minute homework.

So thank God, I was saved the humiliation of many eyes staring at me.
"Hey, I'm sorry. Are you O.K.?", said the cute guy.

Well actually, I should've said this first, seeing that I'd just thrown my body frame of 48 kg on him!

"Yeah, I'm fine. You?" I inquired.

But just as he opened his mouth to answer, his face underwent a rapid change. He suddenly turned red with embarrassment and his eyes froze on someone standing quiet near....

Following his eyes, I found myself face to face with a pretty girl with dark brown hair but with a proud look on her face. Her expression showed - ummm - SUSPICION?

Now the guy spoke again. But this time, his tone was not that of comfort, but had an artificially harsh tone, "So, new girl? I see", said he, sneering at me rudely. He continued, "Are you blind or what? Couldn't you see I was coming? Why the devil did you collide with me? IDIOT!"

I was stunned. Such a sudden change? Who the hell was he to shout at me like that? Wasn't he equally at fault?

Fuming with anger, I looked at the girl instead. This time I had no doubt of her expression-she looked satisfied and pleased with the boy now.

Hey, what the hell was going on?!
