A Poem For Edna

Edna likes the things I like
and Edna is for real
and Edna thinks the way I think
and knows the way I feel
Edna makes my two hands shake
When I look at her face
Edna makes my heart beat faster
When we kiss and embrace
Edna seems to have the power
For making time flash by
Edna brightens the darkest night
and keeps my passion high
I have rearranged my whole life
for things that we would do
but how was I to know, that
she is just passing through
