A New Day

A brand new day, full of love
Sent by the Heavenly Father above
Use it to spread happiness around
And a place in heaven for you shall be found.

Do not reflect too much on the past
Rejoice, for a new day has been cast
Try your best to do no wrong
And life on Earth will be happy and long.

Help one another as much as you can
It all fits in with His great plan,
So many of us worry too much
And do not enjoy life as such.

Leave it all in His great hands,
The creator of the seas and lands,
All He asks is to do the best you can
For each of us He has a plan.

Talk to Him twice a day,
Morning and night kneel and pray
Thank Him for this wonderful life
From which He removes all our strife.

Prayers can never ever go wrong
Be it a word, verse, or song
So lower your head and daily pray
And He will surely guide your way!
