We couldn't find happiness it seemed.
But I couldn't tell which way to go at first,
Until you came along and sedated that thirst.

My desires and my heart became your own,
And for once in the game of love, I don't feel like a pawn.
Love is not a game where you can play with the heart,
This is why I am glad some do not want to drive us apart.

Others look at us and may despise what we do,
But I do not care because you make me feel true.
As long as we have each other and what we feel within our soul,
