A Little Positive Thought
Positive thinking is supposed to be good for, so here is a positive happy thought I had.
Today I was in my local shop. I saw a young lad who works there, full-time probably for minimum wage, serve an elderly man a few lottery tickets and a scratch card. It made me think; you spend your whole life taking risks and doing whatever you can to get money and more money.
The guy behind the counter seemed happy enough with his lot in life regardless and it just made me think: today is the day I start being content with my life. I will try not too worry about the next amount of income. I will try to not scheme and plot ways of getting richer. Instead I will think to myself "This is MY life and I am happy with it. It's not that bad really. I've had experiences and memories as much as any man and this makes me as rich as any man."
