A leader is a motivator. He inspires and infuses people around him with energy. A true leader knows how to work with people and nurture their skills.

He has the ability to make people believe in him and trust him. An additional skill that is required here is communication skills.

It is important to be an effective communicator, if you wish people to follow you and understand your vision. When you speak, you have to make people you’re your passion for the goal at hand.
