A Holiday!

A faraway place, in a faraway land,
Away from all the dust and grime;
A holiday should be regularly taken,
To keep the mind in its prime!

But no time there is in this fast world,
To take even a weekend break;
From morn to night a busy schedule,
And piles of money to make.

The piles of money are ever growing,
And this makes for a happy man;
But there is no time to enjoy the same,
And for a long vacation to plan.

So take the time at least once a year,
To break away from the rut;
Go for a vacation with loved ones,
Perhaps to a beach with a hut.

For the time to work will always be there,
Alas! Whether you like it or not;
So take that vacation while you have the chance,
Some things with money cannot be bought.

Enjoy the breeze of a carefree time,
Be it a month, week, or few days;
A vacation is important indeed,
For your life and spirit to raise!
