A Fleeting Desire
Few lines that flashed through me while I was working. Penned them down, to give them more voice. Call it a poem or just few lines, it came from the heart...
With an angle, lovely as you,
Sparkling, expressive eyes,
Was this I was searching till now
Story like those in fiction books,
Mysterious in its own ways,
Meeting you a fiction, just another passing dream,
Finding purpose and fate,
Happy I'm to know you more
Crackling laughter, sweet smiles,
An ocean you're, so deep..so deep
Two leaves detached from tree,
Meeting amidst storms of life,
Wandering aimless, directionless,
Knowing not where to go,
Or what future beholds
Hoping to meet sometime,
If only life allows,
Caught in life, carry you with all my might
Look into these eyes,
Meaning for you and your life,
Guesses, assumptions and thoughts,
All expressed in your eyes,
Are you a fleeting desire,
To take me away for all time?....
