A Dream of a Life without Overweight

This article has some common sense advice to lose weight. To really lose the overweight is about changing ourselves, starting within to desire a better life.
I am sure this sounds compiling to many out there, and most of you might have tried some of the diets or pills with temporarily success. However, we quickly get hungry for our old life style and gain weight again.

So what can we do to lose some weight? My proposal is to create a change in your life. I would simply recommend changing your life style. If you have serious illnesses or something you should involve your doctor in creating these plans.

The most important aspect is to create enjoyable goals to get the new life you desire. And you should start making these plans today, don’t delay it anymore. Make a change, and start it today.

I would say there are a few goals you should start off with, first would be to eat more healthy food, and stop drinking sweet drink, or eating sweet and salty snacks. Instead reduce to eat five times a day, and have these meals being healthy, containing fruits, vegetables, milk, juice and water.

Second of all you should educate yourself to create healthy dinners on a budget, you might find a book or Amazon, or visit the library to borrow free books. Just start educating yourself and enjoy it. Soon you will be able to serve both your loved one and friend’s gourmet tasting meals for a cheap price. Just enjoy the process of learning and enjoying it. It doesn’t take long time to prepare simple meals at home, and not all of it is expensive either. One thing is for sure, they are much healthier than what you get most of other places.

There are more advice at Enlightened Individual - Health Development/rapid weight loss. After eating more frequent meals and preparing homemade meals we should start exercising efficient. I would recommend running as its one of the sports letting you burn most calories per minutes exercising. I doubt you will be very successful being at the gym for hours, five days a weeks, compared to running for 30-45 minutes each day.

I might mention a bit on old habits on chocolate or junk food, as for junk food, I doubt you will find it tasty and go on eating it if you learn to make your own tasty food within short time. Somehow the taste and feeling of fat make all desire for burgers or other junk food go away when you get used to more healthy homemade meals, but if you really enjoy it you might eat it once or twice a week, just make sure you don’t overeat, and eat it slowly. A chocolate you could give yourself Fridays and Saturdays to relax and enjoy, just don’t eat them each day.
