A Dark Pursuit Note ~ Please Read.

Hey guys! For those who don't know, A Dark Pursuit 8 is out, please comment. Also, if you don't know when I'll be releasing my next chapters, add my author widget to your page to help you, I'll also put some updates on it, so you will know when the next chapter will be released.

Anyways...A Dark Pursuit is coming to a close and will only be continuing for about one or two more chapters. So as A Dark Pursuit is ending, I'm getting ready to write and start a new series, I have a few ideas and would like you to take a look at them and tell me which one you prefer.

It’s an on and off relationship between Nick Court and Sophia Gilbert. 500 years ago, Sophia and Luc met because of a marriage proposal. Sophia’s father had engaged her to Luc. Luc, being the vampire of course, turned her first, Sophia raged and (occasionally threw appliances at him) when she saw him. 50 years later, they meet again and started to ‘date’ if you could call it that back then in that century. So now, in the present they meet again, this time Jean-Luc wants to marry her, but for good this time. (contemporary romance)

She was raised among a coven, one that protected the humans from evil.

He, was made into a creature of darkness…the blood of the tainted flows within his veins.

She would do anything to protect the world she loved
Even if she had to die.

But he would willingly burn in hell for eternity…

Excerpt:

"You know you’re not supposed to be here," Destiny said.

"I know," he replied.

He walked over to her, "I’ll do what I have to do, then I’ll leave."

He lifted a strand of her hair.

"You know it’s forbidden by your kind to touch one like me, the consequences of them finding out is severe."

He leaned in closer to her lips, "I know…but you know what Destiny?"

He breathed against my lips, "I just don’t care…"

A Slayer like me wears designer clothing. (still haven't really come up with a good title, suggestions are welcomed)

Excerpt:

I picked up the little black book.

His book.

"Damian Black
One of the most feared vampires.
Avoid contact at all cost."

I knew that….don’t you see how much I knew that already…

But what it didn’t say was how attractive or seductive he was. He could caress a girl’s hair with his hands, make her feel special, but in the next instant end a life with them.

He was lethal, in more ways than one.

But for some reason….I just didn’t care.
I never did.

Next time I saw him, I was going to kill him.

"I’ll kill you if I ever see you again…" I vowed.

Suddenly, the wind picked up and my senses heightened.

"I’m hurt ‘cara’, I really am."

Geneva Livy is a seeker. She sees what the human eye cannot, she needs the information he has, but the question is….what will she give in return for it?

He walked-no, glided towards me,

"What will you give me in return?"

I wet my lips in thought, I had money, I had unlimited amount of things, "Anything you want."

He lifted my chin up and I looked into those dark eyes of his.
"Anything?"

"Of course, I have unlimited access to anything you want, money, artefacts…anything."

His lips curved into a smile, I swallowed heavily.

He leaned down to my ear, his breath hot on my neck, "All I want….. is just one kiss…."

Please comment on A Dark Pursuit (8) as well, and I really hope you enjoyed the chapter, (even if that was a nasty shock at the end) I really enjoyed writing about Drake, he is probably my favourite character. :)
