A Choose-What-Happens - Story
I will use readers' comments to continue the story.
I entered in the 5 numbers of our garage code and it lifted with a loud rumbling. I walked in, hit the downwards arrow button by the side of the door, and opened up the door to the laundry room. I slipped my backpack's strap over my head and onto the floor.
"Papaya!" I cooed to my cat walking up to me. "I'll play with you after I go check my email."
I sprinted up the steps to the computer room. A small light lit the dark room. The light was accompanied with an occasional beep. It was the phone telling me someone called and left a message. I moved the mouse to wake up the computer while pressing the play button.
The message started out static-y. I logged into my email account. Then a deep voice started talking. I had two unread emails. "Look behind you." The voice-mail said. I clicked on the first- "What?!" I screamed and turned around...
