A Cheating Girlfriend

This is for many a nightmare, a true horror as we might have given all our love, all our hopes, everything we have to this one lady we love so badly. And to our surprise we get a feeling she is cheating on us, or a get clues that something has changed and have affected the relationship badly.

Do not rush to accuse, or blame her. If you feel talking might work and she might tell the truth, do it respectfully and try understanding the reason behind it. I know it sounds strange, but females are not typically cheating on their partner without reason. Often there is a reason behind the betrayal. So please talk respectfully and understanding if you want her to tell the truth herself, and if a chance you might try analyze reasons yourself, and of course try to let her know what you know. And sometimes you might pull a white lie to pretend you know more than you are telling.

If you have a feeling you might also start looking for changes, like use of perfume, change of underwear (use a bit hotter than usual), changes in dressing etc. Females often like to feel attractive when meeting new people, and often after meeting them they try hide smells by showering, washing themselves or use of perfume directly after coming home. These are typical signs that are easy to discover.

There might also be other; technological changes you notice. She might start getting more messages on her mobile phone that she tries to delete right away, or she might change password to chatting clients on internet (or email password you previously knew). You might also suddenly learn she have a new mail account she have tried to keep secret from you.

These technological ways might be uncovered through immoral and illegal ways, but it might often be easier to talk with common friends that might be honest with you on things they already know. Of course; another sign might be that your common friends have changed behavioral as well. They might not want to talk you, and try avoid you as they feel guilty keeping this secret. But they don’t really know how to tell you what is going on either, as they want support her, or feel she is closer than you are.

My best advice would be to check carefully before you accuse her, and
talk her respectfully to learn to know why and what happened. This is of course if there are possibilities to change (if you are willing to forgive).
