A Cat to Die For
This is a short story by me, a experimental one, dunno if it will work on you guys. Please don't expect to much. Thank you.
"I love my cat, but this apartment is too small for the both of us. I got to find a new one. I know, I'll let my cat out so I don't have look after her, She will come back home soon."
"Why hasn't she come back, I have enough money now to feed the both of us."
"I've seen darling, she was at the front of my evil neighbour's house across the road from me."
"It's been to long since I have seen my baby, I know I'll do, I will visit my evil neighbor really late night."
"Finally I'm in, that window was a real pain to open, but it's worth it."
"I can't find my cat, she's missing, maybe she is sleeping on the bed like she always does with me."
"♪Up the stairs we go, no time to waste, come on let's go...♪"
"I see my lovely, she's sleeping next to that evil person."
"Shhh shhh now darling, I'm taking you home." (Meow)
"Oh no the devil is awakening, let's go princess."
"Whose there???"
"I will throw you out of the kitchen window girl."
(Click) Lights turn on.
"Oh no, she will come here soon. I know, I will use that pan on the bench and wait for her on the side of the kitchen door."
(Clicks) Lights turn in the kitchen.
(Bang)
"It is asleep now, but it will wake up soon. I wonder what that red water is coming out its head."
"Darling we're home and we can eat now."
"Police has been coming to my evil neighbour's house from across the room. What could have happened...?"
(Knock knock)
"Dear, we have a visitor."
"Hello Ms Bridgette, how are you?"
"Well hello Mr PoliceMan how can I help you."
"We are just asking if you knew of Ms Gretel's murder."
"No, sorry I can't help you with that."
"Could we take your fingerprints?"
"Yes."
"Thank you."
(Knock knock)
"Gorgeous, we have a visitor, maybe it is Mr PoliceMan again."
"Hello again Ms Bridgette."
"Hello Mr PoliceMan."
"I am sorry to say but we found your fingerprint on the crime scene."
"Okay."
"Did you ever visit Ms Gretel at her house?"
"Yes Mr PoliceMan, it was at late at night."
"What time?"
"I forgot, sorry."
(Knock knock)
"It's Mr PoliceMan again."
"Hello Ms Bridgette, but we have to take you into custody."
"Can I bring my daughter?"
