A Best Friends Love {Chapter 19} Part 2
Brian's P.o.V
I felt my eyes start to get heavy, the pain in my neck was becoming unbearable, it was getting harder and harder to concentrate, then the pain was gone.
Mitchie's P.o.V
I woke up on the couch to someone shaking me, "What?" I mumbled sleepily, "Come on get up and go upstairs to your room" I heard Greg say but since I was still mostly asleep and I had been dreaming about Alex I thought it was him, "Alex I thought I told your ass to go home" I asked rolling over off the couch, "Ow what the freak bar" I grumbled trying to get up without hurting my ribs, "It's Greg lil sis" he said picking me up like I weighed nothing but that's what the marines does to a person so to him I probably didn't weigh anything to him. After falling and hitting myself I was fully awake, "Oh hey Greg how's it going?" I asked knowing he was probably going to ask why I kicked Alex out, "What's going on with you and Alex" Greg asked carrying me up the stairs, "What do you mean what's going on everything's fine" I lied playing with the collar on Greg's shirt, "You said quote on quote" Alex I thought I told your ass to go home "so you wanna tell me why you said that and why you kicked Alex out."
Greg asked once again, "Pshh I never said" I replied trying to avoid the question, "Mitchie you either tell me what happened or I'll drop your ass on the carpet" he said sounding serious, "Ok see what had happened was I fell then a donkey came and he tried to punch me and I was all kicking his ass with all that stuff Marie taught me, and then a rabbit..." "Mitchie stop it, with the random things and tell me what happened" Riki said coming out of nowhere, I was so into my story I didn't notice that I was in my room and Greg was gone.
"Well I umm I kicked Alex out earlier tonight" I said playing with the shirt, "Why what happened" she asked softly, "Cuz he was being a jealous bastard and was basically saying that I was cheating on him with Brian because I'm always hanging with him and that I have feelings for the guy and it's weird cuz it's not like Alex to be jealous cuz he never has been" I explained glad to finally get it off my chest, "Look sweetie you have to understand that it's hard for Alex okay, it's hard for him to see you hanging with the guy that you used to date then on-top of that you slept with, so can you blame him for being a little jealous and insecure"
Riki said explaining basically what Alex was feeling, "but that's the thing Riki Brian is just a friend nothing more I mean he was the one that kinda suggested that I go for Alex I'm in love with Alex not Brian." I argued she was only seeing it from Alex's shoes and not mine, "I understand that sweetie I do, but you're naive Mitchie, you're naive you don't see the way Brian looks at you or any other guy for that matter all you see is Alex and that's great it is but look around you can you blame the guy I mean you have a body that most guys want to hold close to them and girls want to have yet your so ignorant to it maybe it's time you open your eyes a little bit" Riki explained then I finally understood why Alex was jealous but why did I have to be so blind to everything. I gave Riki a hug and thanked her for advice then fell into a deep and thoughtful sleep.
I woke up the next morning and I had made up my mind I was going to go apologize to Alex, I know I had no business driving but I really wanted to apologize to Alex, when I opened the door Alex looked as if he was about to knock, "Hey" I said motioning for him to come inside, "Hey" he replied looking a little nervous "I'm sorry Alex I didn't understand why you were jealous but after talking to Riki I understand and I'm sorry I shouldn't have been so ignorant and naive about Brian, I'm sorry" I apologized hugging him like it was my last day,
"It's okay, I shouldn't have been so insecure, and accused you of still having feelings for him I was outta line and I'm sorry" he apologized holding me to him. "I forgive you" I said giving him a kiss, "Hmm I forgive you too" he mumbled against my lips, I tried to pull away but he didn't want that he pulled back after a few minutes cuz we needed air. "Nice apology" I teased, "If that's how you apologize I might mess up more often" I joked running my hands through his hair, "you want some more" Alex asked smiling "Maybe I do maybe I don't" I laughed pushing him and running, "Hey come back here it's not nice to push people" Alex chastised laughing running after me, "I never said I was nice" I laughed running into a closet and closing it softly.
I held my breath when I heard soft footsteps pass, when I thought that the coast was clear I opened the closet and walked tight into a stone hard chest, "How the hell did you do that" I asked Alex as I slowly backed against the wall, "I don't know maybe I stopped in front of the door and waited for you to come out" he chuckled stepping forward with every step I took back, "I knew...." I was cut off when his lips came crashing down on mine, I kissed back more than eager letting him slip his tongue in my mouth, I wrapped my arms around his neck playing with his hair, he grabbed my waist pulling me closer hooking both my legs around his waist while he held me against the wall.
I felt Alex push his whole body against me as he removed his hands from my waist a few seconds later my shirt dropped to the ground, "Well well what do we have here" an evil voice snide from behind us, I felt Alex stiffen from where his hands were roaming my body, "Amber" I heard him growl as he put me down but turning so his body was blocking me hiding me from view, "Bitch go back to the hole you crawled out of" I said stepping from behind Alex, my jaw dropped to the ground I saw not only Amber but Brian and Brian had a weird look in his eyes and there was something off about him, "Come here and let a real man show you what he can't"
Brian said suggestively seductively basically saying "Hey let's get freaky" but I've been there done that freaked that, I stood there staring at them like how the hell did they get in my fucken house. I'm pretty sure the door was closed but I got to admit I was a little distracted so I most likely didn't lock it. "What the hell man ain't no one showing Michelle anything but me" Alex yelled walking closer to Brian who didn't seem the least bit worried or intimidated, "Wanna bet" Brian asked, in the blink of an eye he was next to me then suddenly he was kissing me and don't get me wrong he's a very good kisser but he's not the one I wanted. "What the Fuck!!!"
I heard Alex yell then suddenly Brian's lips were gone {to my relief} and I heard punching, I looked up and Alex was on top of Brian punching the hell out of like there was no tomorrow, then in less than a second Brian was on top and it looked like he was doing some real damage, I looked around looking for Amber and she was nowhere to be found, I jumped on Brian's back trying to pull him off but I might as well have been pulling on a elephant, "She's mine and I'll fight to the death for her."
I heard Alex yell as he bashed Brian's head into the ground, I slid onto the floor in a little ball shaking and crying, I saw blood pouring out of Alex's nose and mouth but I don't think it was his it could have been someone else's but I wasn't sure, "Amber wants Mitchie out of her way so she can be with you and god damn it I'll make sure that happens" Brian yelled before breaking something. I'm not sure how long the fight went on but all I know is that I was swooped up in someone's arms a long time after the yelling and punching stopped, I started to freak out but relaxed as I saw it wasn't Brian. I let the person lay me down on my bed then turned around to face the wall, just as I was finally calming down from the fight my door knocked, I opened the door and was half surprised and half like WTF.
