Him

He looks at me, and smiles.

And what do I do?? Just stare back at him.

I am thinking to myself 'why him?'.

I needed to shopping and I needed someone to go with me.

I asked my best friend to come along, but she said no as she was busy with her new boyfriend.

She suggested that he could come with me.

I thought he would be thrilled to go with me, but he wasn't.

So I said I didn't want him to go with me.

He wasn't very keen to go shopping. I thought if it was her he would probably jump at that chance.

So as I was thinking of whom to take, those two have an argument over who should go, left me feeling really sad.

Sad that my two best friends would not do a simple thing for me. I mean common it's not that hard to go shopping.

They were really getting on my nerves, so in the end I just flipped and said ' if you don't want to go, then don't. I am not forcing you to go!! just fricking leave me alone.'

He came over to me and says 'ok fine I will go.. happy??'

'No' I said, as I was really annoyed.

'Ok cool I will meet you outside then... bye' he replies.

I may have won this argument this time....but I know he only has an eye for one girl. who is not even interested in him.

And why me as well?? What was I thinking?? thinking that I could have him......sadly I don't have that effect on him...
