When the edges of my world
Begin to blur
And the colors to fade
I remind myself
Of what is real
Of our life and love
That once the world

Is left outside the door
And there is only you and me
Sitting side by side
Holding hands and kissing
My world regains contrast
And the colors brighten once more
Just like before
