Foods and drinks that may trigger migraines are: alcohol drinks, red wine, cheese, sausages, processed foods, onions, pork and seafood. The list may include a lot more items but the above are among the common suspects. For the second part, what you eat, you should know that if you change the times your regularly have your meals this may be a cause of migraines. You should eat at regular hours and make sure that your do not skip any meals.

Stress: Stress is a state that can create a lot of problems to your health. Almost all the people have stress in their lives and this is one of the causes of very important diseases. Not surprisingly stress is a cause of migraine headaches. People who have a lot of stress in their life are also among the frequent sufferers of migraine headaches. When someone is under stressful conditions the body releases several substances in the blood that stimulates the nerves and the headache pain is created.
