3 Tips To Surviving A Break Up

Break ups are hard to deal with on their own. Getting through the days can seem impossible. Here's 3 tips to make the pain easier to deal with.
Once you have the break up and loneliness sets in life can really suck. I've been through some horrible break ups, and if your break up resembles mine in the slightest way, then I'm sure you need some help right now. Here's some tips from someone whose been there:

Tip #1: Don't start obsessing. This will not help you at all. Obsessing will create self doubt about yourself, wondering how much of the break up was your fault, trying to figure out why it happened, and an endless array of questions that you can't find an answer to. You've got to stop thinking about your ex and try to focus on things that don't have anything at all to do with them.

Tip #2: Get Physical. No, not in that sense. Exercising, running, lifting weights and other activities like that will distract you and let you work out the emotions you're feeling. This also keeps you busy, something you're going to need to be doing a lot of after breaking up.

Tip #3: Get Social. You're going to have to force yourself to have a good time and hang out with your friends. Your ex was one of the happy things in your life which can make this very hard to do, but hanging out with your friends can be hugely therapeutic and take out a lot of heartache. Don't go all out though an become a drunken idiot, the idea is to relax and be able to have fun again. alcohol in your emotion state now will not end well, so keep it easy going and social.

None of these things will help you solve what your real problems are, but they'll be able to put you in an emotional state to be able to deal with them and address them. You'll soon be able to handle the main issues like what caused the break up and what you can do to fix it. Check out the link below for more advice on how to get your ex back.
