Rooney's Drogba Dig
Wayne Rooney has questioned Didier Drogba's temperament before the Champions League final
Didier Drogba's temperament has been called into question by Wayne Rooney before Wednesday's Champions League final. "Sometimes he seems as if his head's not quite there," the Manchester United striker said, but added: "When he's at his best he's an unbelievable player. He's big, strong, he scores goals ... at times he's unplayable."
Chelsea's manager, Avram Grant, will choose between Florent Malouda and Salomon Kalou to complement Drogba and Joe Cole up front. Malouda may get the nod, having been a regular for the club in Europe, particularly away from home.
Michael Essien expects to start at right-back rather than in midfield, allowing Grant to play Frank Lampard and Michael Ballack in midfield with Claude Makelele anchoring in the center in a familiar 4-3-3 formation.
