From The Author of A Dark Temptation
My new story...
Well... I"m still not sure if I should continue writing but I am giving it serious thought. But I am also thinking of stopping The Angel's Heart, because it doesn't seem that popular.
Yeah......
Here is another one of my short stories in the mean time:
Title: The Man in the Mirror
Sandra peered closely at the carvings around the mirror. The museum she was working at wanted a full investigation of the mirror, including the date it was probably made and wanted her to decipher the carvings around it.
Alone in the Museum's back room, things were quiet....
As Sandra peered more closely a face flashed across the mirror. She stumbled back. She turned around, but there was no one.
'The lights are playing tricks on you Sandra,' she mumbled to herself.
Once again she went to work deciphering the code and the face flashed against the mirror. She whipped around. But the room was empty.
Sandra shook her head. She was tired and she was seeing things. She got ready to leave and packed up her things. As she was gathering her papers she glanced at the mirror, and that's when she saw it.
A man, inside the mirror. He was tall, had a well muscled body and had dark hair that swept across his face. He was standing there looking at her with piercing black eyes.
Sandra froze, this had to be a trick of the light, it was impossible for someone to be inside the mirror, but yet as though as false as this illusion appeared to be, there was something about him, that felt 'real' it was as if he was silently pleading to her, silently pleading her to set him free......
Well, another one of my short exercises, though most of them usually get wildly out of control. SO yeah...... but I will definitely let you know if I stop writing.
*What do you think about this story? Would you like me to continue this one?(If I continue to write)
Yeah......
