From the Author of A Dark Temptation

From the author of a "Dark Temptation" and a deadly game...
Hello everyone. Don't worry there will be A Dark Temptation (10). I have just been swamped with homework. I will be posting The Angel's Heart very soon, probably when A Dark Temptation is nearly finished. For any questions about my stories, A Deadly Game and A Dark Temptation, just ask them in Comments. I'll answer them in my next 'From the Author of a Dark Temptation'

But if you have any ideas or any suggestions about how I should write the 'A Dark temptation' series or 'A Deadly Game,' please let me know in the comments forum. I aim to please.

But once A Dark Temptation is finished I will be posting an improved copy, of A Dark Temptation, possibly a longer one, with less grammar mistakes. This copy will have the all Dark Temptation chapters on one page. It will have more detail, and perhaps a few changes (Don't worry, it'll stay on the same lines). This copy will allow you to read all of A Dark temptation in one go. I'll do the same for a Deadly Game.

But for those who like my stories here is just a short exercise I did.

*NOTE, please don't read this if you don't like sad stories.

Title: Goodbyes

He stood in front of me, as handsome as ever. Tears gushed miserably down my face. I sniffed, "I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry, I... I..."

"Shhhh....." he said as he leaned his forehead against mine. He brought his arms around me and rubbed my arms.

"It's okay Andrea," the way he said my name felt so familiar. I cried harder. His eyes were closed and his lips were turned up in a sad smile.

"Don't leave me, please..... please..... please....I'm so sorry, so sorry..."

"It's okay, It's okay, don't cry Andrea," he whispered. I felt as though my heart would break, as if there wouldn't enough tears to show how my sadness.

I looked up at him through my red bleary eyes. His face was so kind, so beautiful, so familiar....

"You don't love me anymore do you?" I whispered. I couldn't look at him now. He brought one of his fingers to my chin and forced me to look at him.

"Of course I love you, I always will."

"Then.... then why are you leaving?"

"He can make you happy Andrea, I've seen the way your eyes light up when you're around him. You love him, he makes you happy,"

"You make me happy too!" I protested.

"No," he shook his head, "I make you sad. You can't be with me, you will grow old while I never age, because I'm dead," I flinched at the last word. He was slowly fading.

"I'm sorry I fought so hard, I just wouldn't let you go, I kept thinking to myself in my own fantasies, that you and me could be together, but we can't. I love you. I have never loved anyone more than you," he said.

"Don't you want me anymore? If you do love me why are you leaving?"

"Because," he was fading by the second, "I love you enough to let you go,"

An unnatural breeze was felt.
I tried to grab him, but only clutched air.
He was gone.
