Expansion Hopefuls Draw Tough Opponents in Cup

Rugby league: Celtic Crusaders will face Leeds Rhinos while Toulouse are up against Bradford Bulls
Celtic Crusaders and Toulouse, the two expansion clubs who have applied for the three-year Super League licenses to be awarded from next year, will be given a stiff test of their credentials next month in the fourth round of the Carnegie Challenge Cup. The Crusaders were drawn last night at Leeds and Toulouse will go to Bradford in two ties typical of a competition draw that kept apart the top clubs.

There is only one all-Super League tie, between Harlequins and Castleford, which will be shown live from the Stoop in the BBC's new time slot for the competition, 5.30pm on Saturday April 19. Wakefield's visit to Salford will be broadcast the following evening.
