Rainy Day

Feeling of a small boy about rainy day…
Scolding mother for showing palm to the rain,
Getting fall from window pane.
Returning from school, instead of holding umbrella,
Lets the drops touch the body a day .....
Barefoot, walking in muddy streets,
Drops get falling shaking the trees.
Stretching arms, whirling, looking at darkened sky,
Let’s enjoy the down of nature today.
Feeling smell of wet earth, airs coolness,
Warm perfume of washed flowers.
Song of rustle of wind and rhythm of rain,
Breaks dissipated solitude of season.
