You can modify the above given diet plan according to your needs. Do not starve and have regular meals. You should drink 8-10 glasses of water. Keep a count on the calories that you consume and see that they do not exceed 1500 calories. Include 2-3 snacks for the 1500 calorie diabetic diet plan.
