Horse Racing: Paris to Make a Splash

Paris Bell looks a good bet at Warwick.
Paris Bell should relish the very soft conditions in the 3.00 at Warwick after warming up on firm ground this season. He has been starting slowly in his races, but there will be plenty of early pace today and that should ensure that he can get going in time to catch the pacesetters.

Diamond Diva was an easy winner at Wolverhampton last time, following an excellent effort from a bad draw at Newbury. She can reverse the placings from the Berkshire course with Whazzis, who raced on the fastest ground there, in the Listed Eternal Stakes at 4.00. Not that it is by any means a two-horse race as Sesmen, Elusive Flash, Ponty Rossa and Siamese Cat make it a cracking race.

Siamese Cat's stablemate, Susanna's Prospect, has strong claims in the 5.00, while Froisee should justify likely short odds in the 2.40 at Pontefract. She ran against Susanna's Prospect recently at Yarmouth and has won there since.

Gee Aker Malayo likes Hexham and Lucinda Russell's chaser has the weight pull to reverse recent course placings with Super Revo in the 4.20.
