Goodbye

A sad poem about saying goodbye when it’s too late…
We never had a chance to say goodbye
To the one I loved the most I never said
That phrase that holds us all together.
I watched as you entered the world
That I would never cross.
You hopped so many lines
That I never knew we could cross
You are the one I desire the most.
So goodbye to the last day
Say goodbye to the world we share
So say goodbye
