Global Resorts Network Team Training System

The success of a Network Marketing Organization is largely dependent upon a strong team training system. Learn how The Unlimited Prosperity Team has joined with Global Resorts Network in order to master the team training process.
As all network marketers know, recruitment is one of the most important aspects of building a successful team. Recruitment is, in fact, one of the most important and consistent actions that a marketer must take.

However, oftentimes, as network marketers begin building a team they forget about their most valuable members, their downline. It is important that Network Marketers learn to balance their recruitment efforts with continually supporting the established members of their team.

Why is this so important? A successful and lucrative network marketing team consists of team members helping each other to succeed. The business will not work if individuals are forced to build a business in isolation. The more support team members receive, the greater chance they have to succeed.

The following consists of five essential keys to keep your team active:

1. Give your team-members a training manual and training site. This is a critical component to a team’s ultimate success. Although it may take quite a bit of initial effort to build a complete, turn-key system, it will pay off astronomically in the end.

"I spent hundreds of hours writing a training manual and building a website for my team members. My training manual is a step-by-step guide that outlines every step needed to build a business. My website then goes a bit further and supplies my team with more extensive training tools.

The best part is that my team member’s can hand down the manual and training site to their own team members. This is what is meant by a duplicable system." Jessica Swanson, founder of The Unlimited Prosperity Team

2. Contact your downline at least once each week. There are horror stories that involve sponsors that sign up a new recruit and then seemingly disappear forever. This should never happen. When building a successful business, it is imperative to keep communications open throughout the lifetime of the recruit. Any less is unacceptable.

"I set up weekly conferences with my team members. They know that they will always have a spot reserved solely for them and their concerns. Of course I am available more often than that as well. But, it is essential to have a conference set-up on the calendar." Jessica Swanson

3. Take notes when you conference with your downline. In order to be an effective leader, you must ask questions, flush-out any concerns, tackle problems and be supportive. While talking to your downline, you should write down the conversation. You certainly will not remember every aspect of every single conversation that you have with your team members. Then the next time that you talk with your team member, you can refer to your notes and add additional information.

"I actually created a conference sheet that I use when I talk to my team members. This allows me to chart their progress and help them with recurring problems." Jessica Swanson

4. Always give your team members a task to complete. It is important that you give your team members weekly tasks that they can complete. These tasks are intended to keep them focused and on-task. The tasks should also be tailored to activities that would best help them build a successful business. You can ask them to write an article or press release. Or you may suggest that they make changes to their website. Never be afraid to give your team advice. You are the leader of your organization and they will look to you for support and guidance.

"I think that it is vital to challenge my team to move to the next step. I often find that when I ask a team member to try a new strategy, they often end up making a sale at the same time. It’s essential to offer guidance and support." Jessica Swanson

5. Always walk the line between supportive and indulgent. There is no question that your job is to support your team members as much as possible. However, you undoubtedly find that there will be an occasional team member who will try your patience. They will want you to write articles for them or even give them one of your own prospects.

Unfortunately, you can’t build someone else’s business for them. You can support, help, and guide, but you can not do their work for them. If you do, you will find that they will never be successful.

"I am lucky and work with such a wonderful team of people! I think that my team members know what is expected of them, and that is why they are successful. We are a family – and it’s been the greatest thing in the world." Jessica Swanson

Always keep in mind that a successful and motivated team will produce a large amount of stability in residual income. And your residual income will be in direct proportion to your personal attention to your team members.

So, support your team and help guide them to success!
