The point is that Carlton Sheets theories are not modern and real estate investors have known about them for years. The reason why everyone doesn't obtain their homes with no money down is not because they don't know about the method, but because it's an extremely difficult way to buy property.

You don’t need Carleton Sheets course you can conduct your own real estate research online or at your local library. People must not trust a businessman like Carleton Sheets; he even claims to be in the real estate hall of fame. In reality it’s a fake title that anyone can buy for two hundred bucks. Carlton Sheets has been accused of simply repackaging his system every couple years and selling the same info under a new title, so be wary of what he’s selling.
