My Life

I once thought that my man could do no evil,
Every lie he told I believed him,
People always told me he was doing wrong,
But I never believed them I told them to leave we alone.
Now that I can see,
He was lying and making a fool out of me.
I thought he loved me and never would he hurt me,
Now I see he was just playing me.

Now we have a beautiful little girl,
And I am the saddest mother in the world.
Cause now I have to give up my life,
To make it work and be his wife.
It is not fair I would always yell,
But as I got older I soon learned that live is not fair.
So I have no reason to complain,
I have to live with all this pain.

Sometimes I just feel like nobody understands,
Maybe you would if you knew how old I am.
I'm only 15
Now tell me that the world is not mean.
He is older then me,
And he thinks he can control me you see.
But not going down like that,
I have to get my baby,
And get out of there before he gets smacked.
