Hilary Duff Parties Hard
It has been reported that teen actress Hilary Duff was spotted looking and acting tipsy while out with her sister, Haylie, and a huge entourage last week.

Duff is usually pretty conservative, but the 19-year old seemed to be having a pretty good time on January 25. The Duff sisters, with entourage in tow, showed up at Los Angeles hotspot Hyde around 11 p.m. The two walked in "arm-in-arm" and a source said Hilary looked "tipsy." She was seen making her way unsteadily to the ladies room with a female friend and a "flamboyant male friend." Said the source, "It was kind of inappropriate. She was pretty drunk and staggering around the bathroom, bumping into people and shrieking that her gay male friend had a vagina so it was okay for him to be there."
Sources say that the Duff’s held court at a VIP table for the rest of the night and that they were each "all over" their dates. Hilary reportedly was sitting on the lap of an older man and was laughing and flirting. Haylie, 21, was reportedly all over her date, who appeared to be in his 30’s. She was reportedly whispering into his ear all night and kissing on his neck. A source said, "When I’ve seen Hilary out in the past, she had been relatively composed, but tonight she was acting pretty wild."
Hilary has been single since her split from Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden in November. The two reportedly dated for two-and-a half years. Sources say that she broke it off and that Madden was crushed. He has since moved on and is dating Nicole Richie. Hilary was reportedly very angry when she found out that Madden was dating Richie and even called her a "skank." Hopefully Hilary will be smart about her partying or else she could end up following in her "peers" footsteps…leading right to a DUI or a trip to rehab…
