Rachael Ray’s Loose Lips?
It has been reported that Rachael Ray had some pretty nasty comments about Oprah Winfrey after having a few glasses of wine at a dinner in December 2005.

It has been reported by TMZ.com that in December 2005 while Ray was still in talks with Winfrey and Harpo Productions about producing her daytime talk show, Ray had some racist remarks to say about Winfrey. Reportedly, Ray was at a book signing at Century City mall in Los Angeles in early December 2005 and then had dinner at a restaurant called Houston’s in the mall. Sources say that Ray had "at least four big glasses of red wine" and became "extremely loud and aggressive." Ray reportedly began talking trash about Winfrey. A source said that Ray described a picture of Winfrey that is in the lobby of the Harpo Productions in Chicago. The picture is from the movie Beloved and in the portrait Winfrey is dressed as a slave with her back bared and bearing scars. Ray reportedly said, "Why is she wearing slave drag? She obviously has problems being black." Yikes!
Ray also allegedly ranted on about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. She reportedly referred to Brad Pitt as a "p---- boy" and called Angelina Jolie a "skanky, backdoor c---." Apparently she let it all hang out that night! Not so says her rep. Her rep released this statement: "Rachael did attend the dinner referenced and enjoyed wine and good conversation with friends and colleagues. Se denies making any of the comments referenced. In fact, there are several words that are attributed to Rachael that she has never uttered in her life. Neither in public nor in private has Rachael made a disparaging or cruel remark about her friend and mentor, Oprah, nor a celebrity couple she has never even met. There were several associates of Rachael’s at that table who, unprompted, agreed that Rachael never made any of the comments she is being accused of making…and it seems very convenient that these accusations are being levied at a time when Rachael’s success has focused the public eye on her."
Since she has become a super celeb in her own right, Ray has been accused of being a "monster" to work for and that she can be very demeaning to her staff. There have been other reports that Ray enjoys hitting the bottle. Whatever the case, she claims to not have made the comments. It would be pretty stupid to disparage the women who thought it might be a good idea to give you your very own daytime talk show…
