10 Reasons Not to Work at Home

Don't work at home. There are lots of reasons not to. You should stick with your normal job.
Millions of people are trying to make money online by working at home. You shouldn't join their ranks and try it. It doesn't matter if it's completely possible these days. Why? What a fantastic question. There are literally dozens of reasons, but I'll keep it down to ten.

1. Money Isn't Everything

Money isn't important at all. You don't need nicer things. You don't need a new car. You don't need new clothes. The old ones are just fine. You should probably be fixing your clothes with patches. Who do you think you are, anyways? Don't try to work at home.

2. People Will Laugh at You

Imagine if you told people you work from home. What will their response to your new car, home and toys be, if they found you did it independently, without begging for raises from your boss? They won't respect you! They'll laugh at you!

3. The Money Will Make You a Snob

You'll put on bad vibes with new stuff, because it will go to your head. Now what's more important, having a good attitude, or making enough money so that you worry less about financial matters? I thought so. Attitude always wins.

4. You'll Have Too Much Romance

So many gold diggers will use your body just so they can have fun with you. How wicked is that? No one needs that to happen to them.

5. African Kids

African kids are starving. That's sad. And you want to actually enjoy yourself? You should starve with them for the sake of equality.

6. Asian Kids

Cross-apply point 6 to Asia. Have some respect.

7. No Friendly Boss

You'll miss your boss telling you what to do if you work for yourself. That would be horrible. What would you do without a master? Be free? What do you think this is, Brave heart or something?

8. It's Too Easy

If you use a special program that does all of your work for you, why would you even want to work from home? You lose the joy of constantly being worried, having stress ulcers, and always having to learn random new web-techy things. Don't even look into it.

9. It Takes a While

It might take up to a year for you to get an online business established enough to make money. You should give up already and just stay with the home job.

10. It's Hard Work

It's hard work making a lot of money. It's not worth it. You should stay with your current job. It's better to be poor and lazy than rich and happy.

So don't fall prey to the whole "work from home" thing. It's just not worth it. Oh, and totally don't post this on your blog or website just because it's an extra bit of content that gives your readers something to chuckle at. Keep them bored with the same-old pure-boring business stuff. They love being bored.
